I spent weeks researching different websites and countless hours speaking with many mortgage brokers only to find out they all perform the same song and dance of over promising and under delivering.

My loan office "Tom" (thanks again!) at HLD were courteous, professional and I really appreciated his straight forward approach to getting me a loan/interest rate that no other broker could even come close to matching.

I would highly recommend using Home Lender Depot if you are in the market for a new home or just need to refinance either way you are going to get great service and the best rates.

They worked very hard over the last 6 weeks helping get my credit score above the minimum 620 score (now a 654) and to get my home refinanced at what is now an affordable monthly payment! After being able to save over $672/month I am still kicking myself I did not take the time to refinance my home sooner! I did not know what “wholesale lending” was, but John was happy to explain and essentially it’s the same concept as CostCo vs. Harris Teeter but for LOANS! Amazing. Can I get a Home Lender Depot membership? Thanks guys.
